About the Presenters:
Jen Miller is a Holistic Wellness Coach based in Calgary. She is certified in Holistic Nutrition (C.H.N.C), Reiki Level 1 & 2, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
Jen started her coaching business Glowing Minds Wellness out of a passion for helping others to design a lifestyle of wellness, and was motivated by her personal experience with anxiety and stress. Her program is built off of nutrition, lifestyle and mindset; three pillars of wellness that helps her clients and community align with their highest selves and live their happiest lives.
Sarah McNaughton is a Holistic Wellness Coach, whose goal is to help others find an attainable balance between nutrition, fitness, and self-growth. She is a certified personal trainer, a certified holistic nutritional consultant (C.H.N.C), and has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology.
Sarah founded Balance by Sarah with the intention of supporting others in their path to living their best lives. After having struggled with depression and mood swings for years, Sarah started to focus on the primary areas of her life that were suffering and saw immediate improvement. She now strives to support others in their wellness journey.
