Whether you've heard of Rage Yoga or not, have been to a class or not, this workshop is for anyone who is curious to learn more.
Join me on Saturday August 11th or 25th (or both) for a 60 minute rockin' asana class, followed by a Q & A session afterwards to learn what Rage Yoga truly is and what it stands for.
No yoga experience required.

Rage Yoga is an alternative approach to a traditional yoga practice. Rage Yoga isn’t “angry” yoga. I mean if you are angry, it is a great place to let it out. Rage Yoga is about being authentic and in the moment. No need to force a smile and calm breaths if what you really want to do is whip out some double fisted unicorns and release some badass war-cries. This is a no bullshit yoga practice for every body of every walk of life, of every experience level.
