Spring is coming and that means paddling season begins!!! Our first Intro to SUP Yoga workshop is scheduled for Sunday May 20, 2018.

New to Stand Up Paddle Boarding and Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga? Want to experience what all the buzz is about? Join in on the fun in our Intro Workshop, no experience necessary but you must be able to swim and be comfortable around water. The workshop will include dry land and water training where we will work on basic paddle strokes, turns, techniques and fundamental skills. You will be guided through a gentle floating yoga practice, where you will become one with your board, then finishing off with a paddle around the north side of the lake!
Advanced reservations are required for all classes, workshops and events as there are a limited number of boards. Due to high demand you must pre-register and pre-pay by e-transfer to reserve a board. If no one is registered for a class the class is cancelled 4 hours before, so if you are coming with your own board, we advise you pre-register as well.
***You must be able to swim and be comfortable around water to participate***
***You must be physically able to pull yourself back up onto the paddleboard if you fall off***
***Maximum weight capacity on our paddleboards is 250lbs as per the manufacturer.***
